Seaside Vacations has a full-time, year-round Accounting department ready to assist you with anything you need. Using our advanced property management system, we are able to maintain all of the details of your Outer Banks property - including accounting, maintenance and housekeeping - with one easy system. Within this system, we can also provide you with the most up-to-date reports available for your property. From detailed guest information and rental income to maintenance work and vendor charges…we have the capability to provide you with detailed information concerning your Outer Banks vacation rental home.
Our Accounting department provides you with:
- A monthly statement detailing property activity including guest reservations, deposits, management fees, itemized expenses, etc.
- Easy and convenient direct deposit for your monthly income
- A year-end annual statement
- Annual 1099 for tax purposes
