The bottom level includes a king master bedroom which leads to a private screened porch with a hot tub plus a recreation room with foosball, pool table, game table, refrigerator and microwave. The top level includes 3 bedrooms (1 queen master bedroom, 1 queen and a room with a pyramid bunk). Also on the top level is the living space with surround sound, including the well-equipped, tiled kitchen, breakfast bar, dining, full bath, and a screened porch as well as a sun deck.
