The pier is generally open from 5 AM to Midnight daily, weather permitting. You can simply hang out on the pier while the family fishes or buy a day or multi-day pass to ensure easy access to fishing throughout your vacation! Kids under $12 are reduced. You can also rent a rod if you just want to give it a try and don't want to bring your own! There's plenty of parking close to the pier, so get ready to have some fun!

The shop that Nags Head Fishing Pier has a wide variety of equipment including rod and reel rentals for the day! They also have fresh bait, lures, rigs, rods, and reels to choose from.
