One of the most well-known and well-established restaurants on the Outer Banks, Jolly Rodger is a fun, casual, pirate themed spot located on the beach road in Kitty Hawk. Their all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving Feast includes all of the holiday staples along with a few non-traditional items like Oyster Stew and Surprise Soup.
