Mirlo Beach is not only the first neighborhood that you'll see when you enter Rodanthe, but it is arguably one of the more famous due to its connection with the Night's in Rodanthe house. There are multiple public beach access points as well as the Cobina Drive Public Beach Access in the Mirlo Beach neighborhood, as well.
