How to Enter:

- Snap a photo and share it on Instagram!

OFFICIAL RULES
1. No purchase is necessary.
2. The contest runs from dates: 10/23/24-11/4/2024.
3. How to enter: Entrants may submit a photo on Instagram and must tag @outerbanks and use the hashtag #obxhowloween to enter. The photo must be original and the property of the entrant. Stock photos, AI images, and photos that did not originate from the entrant are not eligible submissions.
4. One entry per pet, but you can enter multiple pets.
5. Prize: Winner receives a $50 gift card to PetSmart.
6. Contest Dates: The contest ends November 4, 2024. All submissions must be received by 11:59 PM EST 11/4/2024.
7. The winner will be notified on Instagram via the official Seaside Vacation Instagram account, @outerbanks. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Seaside Vacations cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
8. Seaside Vacations is not responsible for messages sent by unofficial accounts or pages that are not affiliated with Seaside Vacations. @outerbanks is the only official Instagram account for Seaside Vacations.
9. Seaside Vacations reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
10. Prize may not be exchanged for cash substitution.
11. Employees of Seaside Vacations, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
12. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
13. Privacy Policy: Seaside Vacations is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. You can opt out of communication with Seaside Vacations at any time.
14. Entrants further grant to Seaside Vacations and the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
15. Seaside Vacations reserves the right to use any and all photos related to the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose.
16. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release Seaside Vacations, its employees, and contest partners from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
17. Seaside Vacations is not responsible for internet crashes, contest malfunctions, or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
18. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to the official Seaside Vacations Instagram account.
