About the Salt Cave
Phyllis K Miller and Selina Martin work hard to provide a calm, relaxing place for anyone to come for salt sessions. The main Salt Cave can hold up to 14 people if they are all friends. There is also a Salt Booth, providing an individualized salt session in a shorter amount of time. The most recent addition to services is an infrared sauna booth that also provides red light therapy, halotherapy, and chromotherapy.
Every session in the Main Cave is a private session - so whether you book for yourself, or book for your family and friends, you know everyone in the Salt Cave with you.
The Salt Booth can be used by a parent/child, as well as individuals. The sessions are 10, 15, or 20 minutes and you will definitely know you have been salted!
Other services have been added: massage therapy 4 days a week; a set of four heated, massaging recliners with the added benefit of shiatsu foot massagers; private and group reiki sessions; special sessions led by counselors; the occasional yoga class; guided spoken meditation; a once-a-week pop-up for B12 and Glutathione shots as well as IV drips; and we are open to special requests for the Main Cave, such as a children's story hour - after all, with 5 tons of pink salt on the floor, the children can play!
Sunday and late evening sessions are available by paid appointment for groups of 4 to 14.
